This position will begin in August 2022 with potential weekly practices and fall baseball games in advance of preparing for winter workouts starting in winter 2022/2023 and will continue into the spring and summer season, wrapping up in mid to late July 2023.
Our program consists of non-parent coaching if possible and strives to prepare our kids to play at the next level. We are seeking candidates that have previous coaching or playing experience at the high school, college, or professional level. The candidate must have strong communication skills and knowledge in the game of baseball.
At the high school level, the candidate must be able to communicate to college coaches and scouts regarding the skill set and abilities of players. Further, the candidate must have schedule flexibility throughout the summer, as we play a very competitive schedule throughout the Midwest.
